Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturer in the Kenly area who is hiring an Injection Molding Technician to join their team. This is a contract-hire opportunity working 1st shift Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

Install, secure, and adjust injection molds according to production schedules.
Inspect molds before installation and ensure proper handling and storage.
Set machine parameters, including pressure, temperature, and cycle times.
Notify the Shift Supervisor when the machine is ready for operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve setup issues to maintain production efficiency.
Follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

Previous experience with injection molding or similar technical roles preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate hand tools.
Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive movements.
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
