Job Description:

Grading Foreman/Operator needed for site development work. The Operator will be responsible for the clearing, grading and other Excavator Operations. Responsible for the safety of coworkers and maintaining the equipment. Oversee a grading crew on-site and also operate equipment This role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in grading operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications. In addition to managed duties the Grading Foreman will operate machinery to perform task like leveling land or preparing surfaces for construction. Skills: Ability to operate an excavator, skid steer, and dozer. Experience: At least five years. Must be punctual and hardworking and require very little supervision. Job Type: Full-time Salary - Based on Experience Schedule: 10 Hour Day Shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work location: Nash, Wilson, Pitt, Wake counties Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Heavy equipment operation: 5 years (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Wilson, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: On the road
