(Registered Profile Required)Wilson Medical Associates P.A. was
started in 1992 by Drs. Harvey Grode, Kent Anderson, Richard Burdick and
Charles Baio.-- After the retirement
of Dr. Grode and Dr. Anderson, Dr. Baio and Dr. Burdick were joined in 2001 by
Dr. Christine Barton.-- For the past
24 years, we have served Wilson and the surrounding communities with excellent
medical care.-- Our busy practice
offers state of the art lab and x-ray departments including in-house bone
density scanning and ultrasounds; bariatric care as well as an excellent
nursing staff who take care of prior authorizations for outside tests and/or
prescriptions as deemed necessary by the insurance companies.-- At this time, Dr. Burdick participates with an on-call group
at Wilson Medical Center and this opportunity is available to you also;
however, Dr. Baio and Dr. Barton no longer ---do rounds--- at the hospital.-- Once the physician---s office over-head is met each month, in
addition to a salary it is possible he/she will receive a bonus.-- The amount of the bonus would obviously
depend on how much revenue he/she generates.-- The new physician cannot buy into the practice but will be
able to buy into the building after one year.-- We have an up to date EMR system that is compliant with
Meaningful Use and we file our claims on a daily basis to ensure payments are
received in a timely manner.--
























--As a courtesy
to our patients, we electronically file all insurance claims and help our
patients with any questions they may have concerning their insurance
coverage.--
