We are seeking a Program Manager - Structured Finance to join us in
Durham, North Carolina, Charlotte, North Carolina, or Chicago,
Illinois!
Position Summary:
The Program Manager will manage loan closings and operations for
highly specialized federal lending programs on a commercial lending
team at a community development financial institution. This role
will lead processes for multi-million-dollar loan closings for
structured finance programs like the New Markets Tax Credit program
and the Bond Guarantee Program, with an emphasis on project
management and process improvement. A high attention to detail and
accuracy while managing closing checklists that are hundreds of
items long is essential for success in this position. Working with
the Director of Operations and Structured Finance Sector Leader,
the Program Manager will manage loan closing processes, streamline
workflows, and collaborate with various stakeholders to deploy
funds and advance program goals. Strong organizational and project
management skills, strong verbal and written communication in
public settings, attention to detail, and a passion for community
development are essential for success in this position.
